If you wish to cancel your order, you are allowed to do so only before your item has been shipped. Please request your cancellation within 12 hours of the time of purchase.

Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation email, we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order.

For American Customers, the currency of the store is in USD. Alternatively, for Canadian customers and the rest of the world, the currency is displayed in CAD. However, when customer checks out, they will be billed in their local currency. Local orders will be ready for pick-up within 48hrs. Contactless Deliveries will be done every Tuesday and Thursday between 12 pm and 6 pm.

Canadian orders from our store are typically delivered within 7 to 14 business days. For international orders, transit may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. Expedited shipping is offered on select products.

Delays may occur due to public holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as floods or bad weather. Please also do note that customs inspections can be a factor during shipment.
